These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the PK8 platform. By creating an account and using our services — including sports betting, slot games, bingo and deposits in PKR — you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before registering.

Each person may hold only one active PK8 account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same person, all accounts may be suspended and balances reviewed in line with our fraud prevention procedures.
All deposits, withdrawals and bonus amounts on PK8 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers and mobile wallets. No foreign currency conversions are applied.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until the relevant wagering conditions have been completed. Full bonus terms are set out in the Promotions section.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PK8 login credentials. PK8 will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact support immediately.
PK8 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

All activity on the platform is denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the PK8 platform, including players who browse without an account and registered members who place bets, play games or participate in promotions. Using any part of the platform indicates your acceptance of these terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use PK8. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. PK8 takes age verification seriously. If there is any reason to suspect that a player is under 18, the account will be suspended pending verification and, if the suspicion is confirmed, permanently closed.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your real name, valid contact details and your correct date of birth. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual may register and maintain only one PK8 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. PK8 uses technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all associated accounts may be closed and balances reviewed.
PK8 may require you to verify your identity at any point, including before processing a withdrawal. Verification may involve submitting a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address or payment method confirmation. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in account restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your PK8 username and password. Do not share your credentials with anyone. PK8 will never ask for your password through any channel, including email or live chat. Any activity carried out using your login details will be treated as activity by you, regardless of whether you authorised it.
All PK8 accounts are denominated in PKR. The currency of your account is set at registration and cannot be changed. All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses and withdrawals are processed in PKR.
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. PK8 reserves the right to apply an administration fee to inactive accounts after providing reasonable notice. Any remaining balance will be preserved for the account holder.
PK8 supports deposits in PKR through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. All deposit methods are processed securely and credited to your account balance without any conversion fee.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The current minimum thresholds are displayed on the Deposit page. PK8 reserves the right to update minimum deposit limits with reasonable notice.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers and other methods may take longer depending on the payment provider. PK8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Players may set voluntary deposit limits through the account dashboard at any time. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period before they come into effect. This is part of PK8's commitment to responsible gaming.
PK8 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. All transactions must be made in PKR. Any attempt to deposit in another currency will be declined.
You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your PK8 balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to your registered payment method.
PK8 aims to process approved withdrawals as quickly as possible. Mobile wallet withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally among the fastest. Bank transfers may take additional business days depending on the receiving institution. PK8 is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard. PK8 may apply enhanced due diligence for large withdrawal requests, which may include additional identity verification steps.
PK8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are credited in PKR and are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general conditions set out here.
Most bonuses come with a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details on the Promotions page.
Bonuses are valid for a set period from the date they are credited to your account. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity window, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited. Validity periods are stated on each promotional offer.
PK8 monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, PK8 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings and close the account.
PK8 offers sports betting markets covering cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches — as well as football, esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all betting activity on the platform.
All bets are subject to acceptance by PK8. The platform reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that exceed maximum stake limits or bets placed on markets that have been suspended. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation reference from the platform.
Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Live in-play markets may be suspended at any time during an event. PK8 aims to keep markets available throughout fixtures but cannot guarantee continuous availability during technical disruptions or event delays.
A bet may be voided in circumstances including: event cancellation, result errors, obvious pricing errors, or evidence of match manipulation. Voided bets have the original stake returned to the player's account balance. PK8's decisions on void bets are made in accordance with standard industry practice.
Where odds are published due to a technical or human error that results in prices materially different from the correct market price, PK8 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This applies even after an event has concluded.
PK8's slot games and bingo rooms are provided for entertainment purposes. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems to determine outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is available within the game information panel.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical error during gameplay, PK8 will review the session and determine the appropriate resolution. Winnings generated during a demonstrable technical fault may be voided. Reconnection in the middle of a game session does not guarantee that the outcome of an interrupted round will be honoured.
Bingo games run on a fixed schedule within each room. Purchasing a ticket confirms participation in the next available game for that room. Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable once a game has started. Jackpot amounts and room rules are displayed within each bingo room before ticket purchase.
Some slot games on PK8 feature progressive jackpots that accumulate across player activity. Jackpot wins are subject to verification before payout. PK8 reserves the right to request additional verification for jackpot wins above a defined threshold.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PK8 and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:
PK8 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities where illegal activity is identified. Any funds associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity may be frozen pending investigation.
PK8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been breached. This includes but is not limited to fraud, abuse, violation of the one-account policy or prohibited conduct as described in Section 10.
You may close your PK8 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any pending bonus wagering requirements will be reviewed and outstanding verified balances returned via your registered payment method. Self-exclusion is also available as a separate option for players who wish to take a break from gaming.
Upon account closure, access to the platform is revoked. Balances that have been legitimately won and are not subject to outstanding wagering or compliance holds will be returned. Balances arising from fraudulent activity or terms violations will be forfeited.
PK8 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous and accurate service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be taken offline for maintenance, updates or unforeseen technical issues.
To the fullest extent permitted, PK8 shall not be liable for: losses arising from platform downtime or unavailability; losses caused by third-party payment processing delays; decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform; or any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded, including gross negligence or wilful misconduct on PK8's part.
PK8 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that document. Your data is used for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention and service improvement. PK8 does not sell personal data to third parties.
PK8 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, legal requirements or business operations. When material changes are made, players will be notified through a platform notice or email to the registered address. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
Continued use of PK8 after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not accept the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
